What kind of payments do you accept?
Payments methods are L/C & T/T. Required 40% deposit upon order
Confirmation, 60% balance due by L/C or T/T before release of B/L.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is 20 Ft container order, product sizes do vary, please check our website for sizes and quantity.
Are samples available?
Of course, we can recommend a dealer or importer near you, or if one is not available, we can ship you a sample with shipping and sample pricing applied.
How many models can I mix in a container order?
In a 20 Ft container order, you may mix 3 models. In a 40/40hq container, you may mix 4 to 5 models, depending on size.
May I use my own decal designs?
Yes you may.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is 12 to 18 days, depending on demand.
May I use my own forwarder or shipping company?
Yes, of course. You are welcome to use which ever company you think is better for you.
How can I visit your factory?
Before you plan your trip, please let us know the day you want to visit for us to arrange the transportation for you.
Does XMotos develop new models?
XMotos develops something new every year, we try and develop 4-5 new models per year. Please visit our website for the latest updates and new products.
Are VIN numbers available for your products?
Yes, we do apply VIN number and Frame numbers to the products at no Additional cost.
